Description:

Built for Caltrain as part of its Peninsula Corridor Electrification Project, the USA variant of Stadler Rail’s KISS double-decker EMU aims to drag the Bay Area kicking and screaming into the 21st century. The new stock will provide improved all-round performance compared with existing diesel-locomotive-hauled fleet, allowing for faster and more frequent service.

Originally ordered as 19 six-car units, the order was extended to a seven-car configuration – this mod allows for consists between 6 and 10 cars in length, or up to 20 cars in multiple working. Until I get time to create a proper "KISS200 USA", top speed ingame is set 125 mph / 201 km/h – you can use line settings to reduce this if needed.

Included is the real-world Caltrain livery, and a variety of liveries adapted from or inspired by many of the commuter railroads in North America (as opposed to direct recreations).
