Description:

Prevents the ui from disabling form trait selection buttons, this means you can select as many traits as you want so long as you have trait points(normaly the game is hardcoded to limit you to 5). You can even select conflicting traits. This is useful for mods that add extra trait points.(random generated ai doesn’t suffer from the 5 traits limit so if you have a mod installed that adds trait points generated races would generate with more than 5 traits, this evens the scales)
