Sorcerer Class
Sorcerers are weilders of Arcane magic, similar enough to psionic powers that they can use the same Psi Amps as XCOM’s psi operatives. They also carry a pistol, but they should never need it due to all the magic tricks they can use.
Sorcerers feature three full skill trees, going all the way up to Brigadier rank!
The first of the three trees are Combat spells, which are damaging and include can do things like shred armor, burn, etc.
The second is Utility spells, which are non-damaging spells that can apply strong debuffs to enemies and buffs to allies.
The third are Scion / bloodline powers (this class draws a lot of inspiration from Pathfinder / D&D Sorcerers), which include lots of passive abilities and a few helpful offensive non-spell abilities.

Feedback is appreciated! Is the class so strong that it makes Legend a cakewalk? Is it so weak that it isn’t viable on Rookie? Is there a game-breaking bug that ruins everything? Leave a comment with any balance concerns or bug reports. Or even feature requests! I’m open to lots of ideas.
