Description:

English Patch for my mod “Regional Buffs” !!!

This mod is a sub-mod of the Regional Recruiting. It works independently and for both AI and player. The buffs update after a new turn.

Main Features:
1. Add the Regional Buff mechanism for the game. When capturing a specific number of cities in a main region, you can gain a powerful factional buff.
2. When counting number of the territories, your vassals’ cities is treated as yours. Hence, please be free to play as Yuan Shao and Liu Biao.
3. In this mod, generally the northern regions will give buffs to the cavalries, while the southern regions give buffs to the infantries.

Details:
The entire map is divided into 7 main regions (i.e. north, northwest, east, central-plain, southeast, jingchu, and southwest) based roughly on the culture and geography of China. You can check the belongings of the cities on the buff bars. When capturing a specific number of cities in a main region, you can gain a powerful factional buff. The buff has 4 tiers, unlocked when you own 1%, 25%, 50% and 75% of the cities in a main region. Positive buffs is got at tier 2. The tier 4 buff is powerful and useful (but not imba to make you Invincible).

The grey background, green background, green background with blue fonts, and green background with golden fonts represents the tier 1, 2, 3 and 4, respectively.

For the icons, "北" means north, "西" means northwest, “東” means east, "中" means center, "越" means southeast, "楚" means jingchu and ‘蜀’ means southwest.

PS: The five ancient regions don’t show the belonging regions. Their belonging regions are the same as the resource cities in the same province.

Compatibility: It should be compatible with most of the mods.
