Auto Pursuit
This mod allows manual battles in the campaign to end automatically upon victory, with a script determining the pursuit and escape phases. The effectiveness of pursuit and escape depends on the number of unit cards each faction fields, as well as the proportion of those units that are cavalry or general units. Kills from automated pursuit are credited to a single character or unit, and the experience points are primarily awarded to the corresponding general, with a portion also distributed among other participating generals of the victorious faction.
This mod is compatible with saved games. However, units need to have the new ability added by this mod to function properly; additionally, this mod includes built-in support for most popular mods. Meanwhile, the experience calculation parameters follow the vanilla game settings. If other mods have altered the experience calculation algorithms, the experience points from automated pursuit kills will still be based on vanilla values and will not update accordingly—though this does not affect the experience points earned from kills during the actual battle phase.
