"Walking with the New Moon" South Court Leader Pack
This is already my 7th mod. The inspiration for creating this mod came from my recent experience playing "Walking with the New Moon," where I’ve been extremely lucky with gacha pulls, so I decided to create this mod! As for the numerical values, please don’t worry about them. If you encounter any issues while playing this mod, please contact me, as it is very important to me! I hope everyone has a great gaming experience while playing this mod.
This mod adds a new civilization (Nan Ting), new leaders (Xu Fei, Gan Lin, Jie, Nan Qiao, Aleph), and some BGMs from "Walking with the New Moon."
Civilization Ability: Seaport City
For each district in the destination city of a domestic trade route, +2 Production and +1 Food. For each district in the destination city of an international trade route, +1 Science and Culture. Commercial Hubs gain Culture equivalent to adjacency bonuses. Ocean tiles provide the City Center with +1 Food, Production, and Faith.
New Civilization Unique District: Rat’s Mouth Dock
Nan Ting’s unique district, replacing the Harbor, with a lower cost. +1 Science when serving as the origin or destination of a domestic trade route. Gains Science equivalent to adjacency bonuses. Grants +1 Trade Route upon construction.
Leader Ability: Narrative Reconstruction
-50% Culture per turn, and gain Culture equal to 1x Science at the start of each turn. When the number of researched Technologies and Civic combined exceeds 40, the Culture gained at the start of each turn doubles. Pastures +2 Production and Science, and provide +1 standard adjacency bonus for Industrial Zones, Harbors, and Commercial Hubs. When a city you founded has sufficient Power, all improvements +2 Science and +2 Production, all districts +6 output. Industrial Zones and Campuses gain Science and Production equivalent to adjacency bonuses, respectively. +30% Production when first constructing a Spaceport. Spaceport +50 Tourism. When first completing a Space Program project, all cities immediately complete the current production project.
New Leader Unique District: UFO Workshop
Xu Fei’s unique district, replacing the Spaceport, unlocked with Industrialization technology. +25 Production and Science, +3 Great Engineer and Great Scientist points. The first UFO Workshop grants all improvements in the empire +3 Production and +250% Production for Space Program projects in the city.
New Leader Unique Building: Sugar Shop
Xu Fei’s unique building, available when founding a city. +3 Production, Gold, Food, and +3 Housing for the city. Includes 3 Great Work slots. +3 Tourism for the city’s City Center.
New Leader Unique Unit: Home Tank
Xu Fei’s unique unit, unlocked with Apprenticeship technology. High Attack and Movement, limited to one production. Provides 6 Power to the City Center within 6 adjacent tiles.
Leader Ability: "Reflection in the Rain"
All outputs +50% for cities within 6 tiles of the capital.
Leader Ability: Fusion Furnace
All combat units +2 Attack, +1 Movement. Each time a unit is killed or a city is captured, all cities gain +3% all outputs and +10 Production invested in current production (additional +10 Production if not in a Standard Era, and another +10 Production if in a Dark Age). Holy Sites +1 Faith. First city capture grants all cities +4 all outputs and full map visibility. Reality Drain: Before unlocking Apprenticeship technology, all units +7 Attack and +2 Movement. Civilizations whose units are killed by Jie suffer -9% all outputs. Energy Leap: For the first 15 turns, automatically gain 10 points of all outputs except Food each turn. Eureka and Inspiration provide an additional 10% Science and Culture.
New Leader Unique District: Blue Platform – Entrance
Jie’s unique district, replacing the Holy Site. +4 Culture. Gains Science adjacency bonuses equivalent to a Campus. The first Blue Platform grants all combat units Faith and Culture equal to 75% and 25% of the defeated unit’s Attack, respectively, upon killing a unit.
New Leader Unique Building: Blue Platform – Interior
Jie’s unique building, replacing the Shrine. +2 Production, Faith, and Culture. The city gains 25% of its Faith output as Production, Culture, and Science.
Leader Ability: Sprout Germination
After unlocking the Political Philosophy civic, forests can be planted. Rainforests provide a fixed +1 adjacent Appeal. Forests provide an additional +1 Appeal. Unimproved forests and rainforests provide +1 Food and Production. Unlocking the technologies "Pottery," "Irrigation," and "Writing" each add an additional +1 to these bonuses. Harbors and Commercial Hubs provide +3 Gold for forests and rainforests. Tiles with Appeal >4 provide +1 Science, Culture, and Faith. Unique districts built on such tiles gain an additional +4 output, doubling if Appeal >7. Builders gain +1 build charge. Unique districts can be built on forests and rainforests. Citizens can work on mountains. Mountain tiles provide +3 Food and +1 Production. Tiles with Appeal >6 provide +2 Science, Production, Culture, and Faith. All tiles in cities with Wonders built gain +1 Appeal.
New Moon Leader Bonus: The first Wonder built completes immediately. When constructing a district, if no districts have been built yet, selecting an unbuilt district again completes it instantly. Each Technology and Civic unlocked grants all cities +1% Production.
New Moon Unique Building: Metro Hub
Nan Qiao’s unique building, constructed in the City Center. +8 Production and Faith, and +2 Housing for the city. Includes 3 Great Work slots. Provides +2 of the same type of Great Person points for the city’s districts.
New Leader Unique Building: Rice Transplanter
Nan Qiao’s unique building, unlocked with Writing technology, constructed in the Campus. +2 Production and Science. All tiles in the city gain +1 Appeal.
Leader Ability: Babylonian Waltz
Libraries, Ancient Theaters, and Shrines provide an additional 10% output for Culture, Science, and Faith in their cities. Cities with a Campus gain the unique project "Babylonian Ritual."
Babylonian Ritual: Upon completion, all cities gain the unique project "Babylonian Waltz." All libraries +1 Science. Immediately construct a library in the completing city.
Candle Sect Leader Bonus: Each Great Person recruited grants a Eureka for the current era. Shrines +2 Production and Science. Cities with Happiness at Happy or Ecstatic gain +5% output.
New Leader Unique Building: Candle Sect Babylonian Academy
Aleph’s unique building, +6 Science, Culture, and Faith. Can only be purchased with Faith.
