This mod adds Adds some Dam Decorations, To beautify the Dam and City, Most don’t act as Leeves! only Decoration
Base game function does so Levees blocks water from enter any part of the block, if you want to do diagonal levees use decoration blocks at the side with water to give the visual of a diagonal levee.
