In the base game, night vision, thermal vision, and blindfold are automatically enabled when entering a new scene.
This mod remembers the last state of these devices — whether on or off.
When you re-enter the game or a scene, they will stay as you last set them, and only change when you toggle them manually.
Hold N to toggle the night vision visual effect on or off (does not affect the actual night vision functionality).
