Better Fertility Grouping
Smooths terrain fertility values after map generation to reduce 1×1 outliers and better group fertility clumps. Causes fertility values to better ease into each other instead of switching abruptly.
WARNING: May slightly reduce map’s overall fertility but is unlikely to change balancing
