Medium-size Starter Office Building
32 x 40 medium sized office building, with separate 16 x 40 3 lvl warehouse (2+basement).
Basement has different size of rooms for servers or whatever you want to put in there.
Ground floor is dominated by larger rooms, upper floors are dominated by smaller rooms.
All rooms are empty, except the corridors, lobby and toilets. There are some water coolers, vending machines and espresso machines on the corridors and lobby has sofas + reception desk.
Floor 3 and 6 has bigger rooms in the middle for possible meeting rooms.
Floor 9 has only secretary and CEO office, and boiler room for central heating/cooling.
Yeah you dont need to build coolers on room walls, whole building is central heated/cooled.
Floor 9 also has roof garden for those utterly stressed employees to let the steam out and let the sunshine in.
Too bad they dont really use it.
Floor 10 has helipad. No actual use for it, but looks fun.
You start on the ground floor in a small office, east side.
