Adds options for game speeds faster than the online game speed.

== Tested with Gathering Storm ==
*Now compatible with 8 Ages of Pace and 8 Ages of War

The default online game speed is 2x faster than standard:
-Fast is 2.5x faster than standard.
-Casual is 3.33x faster than standard.
-Blazing is 5x faster than standard.
-ADHD is 10x faster than standard.

Supported Languages: English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese
