This mod prevents you from getting unqualified Court Chaplains when the position is auto-filled, putting a bound on realm priests’ Learning between 10 and 20. When you start the game, you may see Realm Priests with a Learning above or below the upper or lower bounds, but that is only visual—the actual number is right, and the displayed number will be updated after the game runs for a day or two.

This mod also comes with a game rule to increase the upper limit from 20 to 30, or to remove it altogether.
