1. Earn cover points twice as vanilla game per turn
2. Earn one more undercover network point as candidate, governer, general and minister.
3. Negative impacts on loyalty caused by discredit character or faction will last 6 turns instead 3 turns.
4. Spies can discredit characters with any loyalty and discredit faction by characters with loyalty lower than 90.
Get legendary characters in other factions more easily now!
Update：Now spies have larger "los" and can take actions to more object characters.

– The variables for spies I have changed are global variables in the game’s database, so it works for both player and AI.

– You spies will never betray you even if he or she reaches 100 happiness in the target faction.

Notice: Fix cost increments of undercover network points or cover points caused by ruler characters’ trait and relative reforms CANNOT be avoid. Relative issues will still pop up every time when take actions.
