Description:

When playing a Vietnamese nation (Dai Viet, Annam, or Tonkin), claiming the Mandate of Heaven will grant you the Emperor of China missions added in Domination.

Like when playing Korea or Japan, you wont have these missions until you are the Emperor of China.
