(I use about 38 mods with this mod and it all fine, no errors, no problems in game, and well there was error log problems but there solved now.)

The story this mod tells (in play)

You unpause. The map breathes instead of wheezing. Clouds, heavy reflections, excess bloom, and stray shadows no longer chew frames. Mesh and texture LODs behave. The camera glides; the month tick lands. History moves.

At court, the crowd thins—only where it never mattered. Wanderers who add nothing take the road. Safe courtier culling trims low-value AI bodies while protecting rulers, commanders, your close kin, prisoners, councillors, and any character actively “in play.” Fewer paths to compute, fewer opinions to churn, same drama on screen.

Across the realm, the AI stops trying to do everything, every day. Plots queue sensibly; routine micro-decisions cool down. That’s AI load shedding & tick throttling: fewer expensive actions per tick and less spammy logic, so the simulation keeps its heartbeat late game.

Your heir turns twelve. Before you hunt tutors, a letter arrives: a master steward offers guardianship that matches your focus. Later, a neighboring duke proposes a marriage that actually makes sense—genetics, claims, and alliances considered. These are the Organic AI — Guardianships and Organic AI — Marriages systems, nudging NPCs to behave like people with intent.

Gold starts talking. An independent count proposes an investment. It’s not a treaty; it’s leverage that can quietly form a soft power circle. Organic AI — Investments & Blocs lets money shape politics without neon lines across the map.

Out in the counties, a rhythm appears. Good stewardship brings gentle prosperity; neglect invites unrest. Population & prosperity pulses are light-touch, giving reasons to care without drowning you in spreadsheets.

War brews. Raiders no longer ping-pong across every coastline, and sea hops stop looking like a teleporter. Raiding & embark tweaks temper embark/disembark cadence so timing, supply, and commitment matter again.

A decision unlocks: Knight Supremacy. Spend prestige, elevate steel, lean into a martial identity. On a different run you flip a regional pack: Bushidō arrives, unlocking Samurai Men-at-Arms plus matching maritime and chivalric traditions. Flavor when you want it; off when you don’t.

Multiplayer night comes and goes without a meltdown. Quiet anti-desync helpers send periodic sync pulses and unify edge-case handlers so small divergences don’t snowball into “DESYNC.” Your saves make it past month 200.

And if you prefer a gentler touch, the Game Rules are yours. Enable/disable the Organic AI Pack, pick AI Agency: Full or Lite, and tune frequency without ripping the mod apart.

Why it feels faster
    []Fewer actors — safe trimming reduces the size of pathfinding and opinion graphs.[]Less busywork — throttled AI lowers background calculation spikes.

  • Cleaner frames — conservative LOD and stripped post-FX cut visual overhead that doesn’t help strategy.

  • Add mid-run is usually fine; removal mid-run not recommended.

Subscribe and enable.

(Optional) In Game Rules, enable Qyvaria: Organic AI Pack and choose AI Agency (Full or Lite).

Put this late in your load order, away from other AI/defines overhauls.

FAQ

How much faster is it? It cuts wasted work—fewer unnecessary actors and calmer AI—so late-game month ticks smooth out, especially on modest rigs. Gains vary by map and mod stack.
Does it delete story? No. Culling avoids rulers, commanders, close player kin, prisoners, councillors, and active figures. It trims noise, not narrative.
Can I cherry-pick? Yes. Use Game Rules: toggle the Organic AI pack and set AI Agency to Full or Lite.
Multiplayer? Anti-desync helpers reduce drift in common edge cases. Wild stacks can still push limits, but this softens them.

TL;DR Faster ticks, smarter AI, optional flavor. Let the map stop fighting your CPU so your dynasty can fight the world.
