All Factions act as Major ones, with randomized potential for everyone! (No startpos editing!)

Description:

Tired of playing the same predictable campaigns?
Tired of seeing the same ol factions reigning supreme?
Then this mod is for you!

-What does it do?-

1: Randomise faction potential from cannon fodder to supreme ruler. You never know who will become a giant!
2: Set each faction personality to use "Major_Hard!" for more challenge. (does not work on normal difficulty due to how the table is structured and im too lazy to fix it 😛 just play on easy, hard, very hard or legendary instead).
3: It removes bonuses major factions close to the player faction gets in order to truly randomise things.

And thats it! This will make every faction actually wish to be grand instead of twiddling thumbs (hopefully!) AND it will randomize faction so cannon fodder factions and majestic factions is never the same ones!.

-Best combined with-
Dynamic Campaign+ or a mod similar to it which splinters han factions into independent new factions.

-Edits tables:
cai_personality_group _overrides_tables
campaign_faction_potential_categories_tables
faction_potential_difficulty_overrides_tables

To be specific it sets every factions potential to 0 with a random lower roll of -100 and upper roll of 100. This basically means the faction can roll either negatively or positively.
In comparison, Cao Cao has a faction potential of 60 with a roll of 0-40 (lower – upper) and will have 3+ armies swarming a single city even on easy difficulty.
