Meritocratic Imperial Examination

This mod introduces and rebalances features related to the ‘Meritocratic’ and ‘Capital or Imperial Examination’ systems, enhancing the immersion for East Asian cultural playthroughs.

• Merit Limit Restriction Lifted
  The merit limit in Meritocratic **Realms** is lifted from 5th Rank to 1st Rank. You can now recruit courtiers based on their merits more broadly.
• Examination Host for Meritocratic Rulers
  Independent rulers of ‘Meritocratic’ **Realms** can now host the "Capital or Imperial Examination" activity.
• Examination Participation Requirement (Balance Patch)
  To participate in the "Capital or Imperial Examination", a character must be within the host ruler’s realm.
  (This change was implemented to prevent an issue where characters from the Chinese Imperial Court would travel to meritocratic nations just to take the exam.)

• Host Requirements
  Only independent rulers of ‘Celestial’, ‘Meritocratic’, or ‘Meritocratic Khaganate’ **Realms** who hold a King-tier title or higher can host the "Capital or Imperial Examination".

• 1.2 ver: Added ‘Meritocratic Khaganate’ **Realms**. Rulers of this realm type can now also host the "Capital or Imperial Examination". (This is also reflected in the ‘Host Requirements’ above.)
• 1.4 ver: Fixed an issue where the highest liege’s family was excluded from the ‘Command Family to Attend Exams’ decision.

  ‘실력주의’ 봉역에서 기존 5등급으로 막혀있던 공덕 제한이 1등급까지 모두 해제됩니다. 이제 더 폭넓게 능력에 따른 관리를 등용할 수 있습니다.
• 실력주의 군주의 과거 시험 주최
  ‘수도 과거 시험’ 활동을 ‘실력주의’ 봉역의 독립 군주도 주최할 수 있도록 추가됩니다.
• 과거 시험 응시 자격 수정 (밸런스 패치)
  ‘수도 과거 시험’에 응시하기 위해서는 반드시 주최 군주의 영역 내에 속한 인물이어야 합니다.
  (이를 수정하지 않으면 중국에서 실력주의 국가로 넘어와서 시험을 보는 경우가 종종 있었기에 수정하여 막았습니다.)
• 과거 시험 주최 자격 요건
  ‘수도 과거 시험’은 왕국 등급 이상의 작위를 보유한, ‘천조’, ‘실력주의’ 또는 ‘실력주의 칸국’ 봉역의 독립 군주만이 주최할 수 있습니다.

• 1.2 ver: ‘실력주의 칸국’ 봉역이 추가되었습니다. 이제 ‘실력주의 칸국’ 봉역의 군주도 ‘수도 과거 시험’을 주최할 수 있습니다. (해당 내용은 ‘주최 자격 요건’에도 반영되었습니다.)
• 1.4 ver: ‘가족에게 시험 참석 명령’ 결단에서 가장 높은 주군의 가문이 제외된 것을 수정했습니다.
