Well this mod is for you. This mod changes the amount of declared interest a countries can have.
Amount of interest in 1836:
Great Britain:10
France: 8
Russia: 8
USA: 7
Prussia: 7
Austria: 7
The Ottomans: 3 (Weak Boi)
Brazil: 4
Spain: 4
The Netherlands: 4
