Description:

This mod adds a new civilization: Noxus, led by Swain.

Civilization Ability: Meritocracy
+100% Great Person points. Each citizen in a city provides +1 Production per turn.

Leader Ability: Noxian Grand General
Military units ignore Zone of Control. When an enemy city is put under siege, it automatically joins your civilization on the next turn.

Unique Building: Supreme Council Headquarters
Noxian unique building that replaces the Warlord’s Throne. Upon completion, grants a free ability upgrade to all military units (triggers only once per game). After capturing a city, immediately repairs all damaged districts, improvements, and buildings within it. This effect can also be triggered by the "Noxian Grand General" ability.

Unique Unit: Undead Legion
Noxian unique Heavy Cavalry unit unlocked by the Machinery technology. Has higher Movement and lower production cost. Requires no strategic resources. Resurrects after being defeated, but loses 20 HP each turn.
