Description:

A combination of two mods I like using the first halving the XP requirement to level up characters and army’s and the other giving more skill points per level.

Characters:
Level 1 gets +1 skill point.
Levels 2 & 3 get +2 skill points.
Levels 4 & 5 get +3 skill points.
Levels 6 & 7 get +4 skill points.
Levels 8 & 9 get +5 skill points.

Army and Naval Traditions:
Levels 1, 2 & 3 get +2 skill points.
Levels 4 & 5 get +3 skill points.
Levels 6 & 7 get +4 skill points.
Levels 8 & 9 get +5 skill points.
