[NIKKE]Dangerous Seat Unit Leader Pack
A secret unit formed to assassinate those who pose a threat to the Ark and humanity – the Dangerous Seat Unit, makes its grand entrance! This is my 23rd "Civilization VI" mod. Regarding the numerical values, my apologies, but I hope everyone has a good gaming experience while playing.
This mod adds a new civilization (Elysion) and new leaders (K, D).

Leader Ability: Means of Justice
+2 Combat Strength for each Military policy slotted. Uses "Scales of Justice" to obtain data for all leaders in the current game, such as "Number of Units Killed," "Number of Cities Captured," "Number of Times Declared War," "Number of Cities Destroyed," etc. When conditions are suitable, it adjudicates based on the differences in these data points between you and other leaders, triggering certain effects.

Dangerous Seat Unit: All combat units gain +5 Combat Strength when initiating an attack, ignore movement penalties from terrain, rivers, and Zone of Control, and gain Faith equal to 50% of the killed unit’s Combat Strength upon winning a battle. If Movement points allow, they can move after attacking.
Leader Ability: Eliminating the Target
Cannot be attacked by adjacent enemy units. Only adjacent enemy units can discover this unit. When killing a unit, all cities gain 15 + 0.35 * current turn number Production. After engaging an enemy unit, if the enemy unit is not dead and its HP is below 15%, remove that unit, restore the Movement Points and attack count of the unit that engaged it, and heal it for 30 HP.
Dangerous Seat Unit: All combat units gain +7 Combat Strength when initiating an attack and ignore movement penalties from terrain, rivers, and Zone of Control. If Movement points allow, they can move after attacking. When actively attacking an enemy unit, if the damage you deal is greater than the damage you receive, gain Science and Culture equal to 15% of the damage difference.
