5-Mod EMC/EMD E6 Base Pack
Basically, the E6 was a model of streamlined passenger diesel locomotive produced by EMC (and, later, GM-EMD) from November 1939 to September 1942 that saw 117 examples (91 cab-equipped E6A units, 26 cabless E6B units) produced in total – they produced 2,000hp via two 12-cylinder 567 engines, rode on A1A Blomberg trucks, and were the seventh entry of EMD’s E-Units, being one of four E-Unit models to have a slant nose [the others being the E3, E4, and E5]; nowadays, only two examples of the E6 (CRIP/Rock Island #630, L&N/Louisville & Nashville #770) have survived into preservation. This pack aims to recreate, as accurately as possible, the E6A (with single headlight and dual headlight specs, plus a vanilla Atlantic Coast Line livery for the dual headlight spec and E6B) and E6B, and, as such, has nearly all the Train Mod system features that my recent mods have (A200 3-part horn audio, bell audio, 567 engine audio, lights) – as always, liveries and spec/model edits made on these are ALLOWED , all I ask for, should you decide to upload it, is for credit to be given and for this to be marked as a Required Item.
