Glassbox Software Corporate Headquarters
This blueprint is for a Twin Tower Corporate Headquarters with below building parking garage.
The building is unfurnished with the exception of outdoor lighting and decor and interior walls are mostly demolished allowing for your own design. The garage has parking for 28 cars and 6 parking spaces are found at the front entrance making space for a total of 136 employees. Parking can easily be expanded in the rear. Two sets of twin elevators bring employees from the garage directly into the towers. This design increases efficency of larger structures (less walking time). The towers can easily be deleted and replaced with your own design or blueprint.
Tips:
- Roads and parking spaces are not saved in blueprints so they must be built after. Please note, as road tiles are fixed, pay close attention to placement of the building to properly line up with the road (save first!).
- The large room above the garage is great for printers, pallets, and servers. Alternatively, you can add a basement.
- Be sure to assign parking spaces. Parking near the front can be reserved for guests and a couple spot near the elevator for couriers, etc.
- Obviously, change the letters "glassbox" to your own company name! Use a smaller grid to fit longer names.
