Currently, there is no English translation available. The following is an AI translation
This tool is an improvement of the first version of the posthumous title, temple name, and reign title tool I created a few years ago. The code and approach used in the original mod are outdated
After crafting the Crown of Gravity, I also intend to repair this tool. However, I have been busy patching up the gameplay and content of some new DLCs these days. Now, I am uploading the new version of Tool No.
This is a complete and highly compatible framework, allowing anyone to easily add new posthumous titles, temple names, and reign titles.
The scope of application is within the Chinese cultural sphere, or for roles utilizing a meritocratic political system
The functions are as follows:
After the emperor’s death, the temple name and posthumous title are determined.
You can customize and change the era name.
Use the reign title + title name during one’s lifetime
Vassal states use the suzerain’s reign title (if any)
Basic format:
Hegemonic or imperial role:
Country name + temple name + posthumous title + title name + name:
Such as Emperor Taizong of the Tang Dynasty, the Great Sage Emperor of Literature and Military Affairs, Li Shimin
Kingdoms and some imperial roles:
Title + surname + temple name + posthumous title + title + name:
For example: Li Renzong of the Great Yue Dynasty, known as the Valiant and Victorious King, and Li Qiande
Goryeo King Shinjong was greatly respected and admired by King Munmun, who was known for his great filial piety, virtue, and authority
This version no longer modifies the character interface, but uses simple stylized titles and variable naming to implement complex custom titles, temple names, posthumous titles, and reign titles. (Only replaces the name encapsulation in the history interface)
Therefore, it theoretically possesses great compatibility.
Due to the significant differences, we have not yet translated Japanese posthumous titles and era names
