This mod introduces two decisions for characters with Japonic heritage, Establish Soryo Fief/Establish Ritsuryo Bureaucracy.

Efficient mod since if you, as a Japanese adventurer, become a landed independant ruler, you get a normal feudal government without any option to turn into a japanese styled governments.

Also added a decision for Korean(Samhanic)/Viet heritage, Establish a Meritocracy.
