More Polish Names
This mod adds more location names for Polish culture.
Currently, Polish toponyms have been added for Lithuania, Livonia, most of Ruthenia, Hungary, Moldavia, Germany, Scandinavia, Italy, France, Iberia, the Benelux, Switzerland, and Great Britain.
The modification works with both the Polish and English versions of the game.
