Description:
This is a compatibility patch that allows two or more mods that edit CEO data to be used at the same time. I hope to add more unique characters to the list as time goes on. My goal is to eventually turn this into a community patch with multiple authors providing compatibility between mods they make and others.

NOW COMPATIBLE WITH Make Them Unique v0.07!

I’m currently focused on balancing, bug fixing, and polishing.

You won’t need to use everything this mod has in order for it to work. You’re able to pick and choose whichever mods you want from the required mods list. If you want to only use some of the mods instead of all of them, you’ll be free to do so.

It doesn’t matter which order you put the required files in as long as this compatibility patch mod, Jade Forest, is on top of the list as shown below.

COMPATIBILITY

Requires the 1.1.1 Beta Patch.

It is multiplayer compatible.

This mod shouldn’t require any DLC.

This mod is not compatible with any other mods that edit CEO data, with the exception of the required mods listed.

Known Issues
  • Make Them Unique has a bug that causes Liu Bei to not have his armor equipped in Records mode. This causes him to become invisible in game. There is nothing I can do about it. The issue with the historical startpos.esf file. Make Them Unique will have to fix it themselves.

NOTES

I’m currently working on all this stuff by myself, so that doesn’t leave a lot of time for bug testing. This most recent update to include Make Them Unique is a rather large project. Something as simple as a typo can cause massive bugs. I did my best to check my work 10x over, but I wasn’t able to play more than 10 turns with each character to make sure they worked in battle and no issues happened with campaign events.

PLEASE! If you have any issues with balance, typos, experience any bugs, or whatever else, please let me know. I’ll fix them as soon as I’m able. I’m extremely active. I’m constantly watching the comments and working on features until I say otherwise.
