Vexilla Orbis – Comprehensive and Customizable Flags
This is a mod that replaces the flags every single non-tribal tag in the game with neat, uniform custom designs and offers a plethora of alternatives to choose from for many major tags!
This is somewhat my own personal send off to the game that has given me so much joy over the years, as many of these flags are ones that have been in my own personal use for a while now that I’ve decided to release to the public now that EU4 is at the end of it’s long life cycle.

1) Open mod folder, can be found through clicking the three dots next to the mod when hovering over it in the mod manager.
2) Navigate to "gfx", then within gfx find "flags".
3) Find the tag of the country who’s flag you wish to replace, for example "BRA", then find the flag you want to replace it with, for example "BRA3".
4) Open both files in the image editor of your choice and copy the replacing flag into the default flag, save.
5) Open up the game and your flag will appear!
