Better Diplomacy Tooltips
Changes diplomacy map mode tooltips to show the relationships between the SELECTED country and the country you hover over, instead of always showing the player’s relationship to the hovered country.
Also shows if the hovered country is independent or a subject of another country, whether they are at war, and whether they are in a personal union with the selected country.
