Description:

In Vanilla All Under Heaven, you can only adopt the Mandala government if you are a certain culture and much of the flavor text is south east asian themed. This mod changes that.

Now, any culture can become a "Living God Cult" government if they adopt the "Living Gods" Ritual Tradition.
The only requirements are that your faith is polytheistic and reformed.
