– Integration, Conversion Rate = x1.5
Reasoning: Seems to me that community reached a consensus that integration is insanely slow and not everyone wants to expand via vassals.
– Decreased malus for RGO size in Towns and Cities by half
Reasoning: It’s annoying to consider whether you want to urbanize a location or not because of the malus. The malus itself does only make logical sense if the RGO is farming, or other RGO that would use a lot of space that the town would take otherwise. My modding skills however don’t allow me to do it the right way, so I reduced the overall debuff for RGO size.
– Unsupported building levels give x5 malus for migration attraction in location
Reasoning: Pops would keep migrating into a fully constructed location instead of going somewhere they would be useful.
– Population in a location gives x20 supported building levels
Only factors that efficiently affect abovementioned modifier are development and location rank, so a city with 100K pops and 500K pops with similar dev are virtually equal in terms of potential.
– Government type swapping on non-primitive govtypes made significantly easier, but reduces stability.
Reasoning: To switch your govtype you have to focus your effort on it for a lot of time, the requirements for values are extremely high. My tweaks make the requirements sensible and less extreme, while you still don’t get it for free and are required to go for it. Stability malus is added to counter the simplifications and bring some logic (nobody noticed we went from monarchy to a republic in one day?)
