Residental building 50’s (Stalinka)
Dear friends, hello. I would like to present the first project of a Stalinist Empire style building in my practice. The house is made in the best traditions of the first half of the 50s: rich decor, including cornices, pilasters, bay windows, attics, balustrades and so on. The height of the living quarters is about three meters, and the living area is large. A complex of buildings from Nizhny Novogod on Gagarin Street, houses 104, 106, 108, was taken as a model.
In the following years, I’m going to continue to create houses of the Stalin era.
The mod includes 2 buildings:
- Stalinka, the quality of housing is 89%, the number of tenants is 72.
- Stalinka-2, housing quality – 89%, number of tenants – 72.
