Residental building from 50’s (Mogilev)
Dear friends, hello. I’d like to introduce you to a new project. This time, it’s a Stalinist Empire-style house from the 1950s. The house is built in the architectural traditions of that era: high ceilings, rich decoration: cornices, pilasters, bay windows, balustrades, and so on. One of the houses is a dominant feature, consisting of a regular octagon with a raised technical floor and a balustrade on the roof. The ordinary sections of the house have rhizoliths up to the 4th floor, and a balcony located on them.
The real house at 9 Pervomayskaya Street in Mogilev served as the model and basis.
The mod includes two buildings:
- Stalinka_tower, housing quality – 89%, number of residents – 82.
- Stalinka_1P, housing quality – 89%, number of residents – 28.
