This mod is a balance overhaul for Europa Universalis V.
It reworks gameplay values to make the game more fair and realistic.
The goal is to reduce unfair advantages between nations.

⬤ For some events in this part, you need to be in HISTORICAL OPTION
● The Iberian Union now works properly — starting from 1450, you will/AI receive an event to form a union with Aragon. The AI will usually accept, but a player can refuse. After 1500, another event allows you to annex Aragon if it remains under your union.
● Portugal now starts guaranteed by Castile, preventing early aggression and ensuring historical stability between the two kingdoms.
● Prevent Aragon French invasion
● You can now leave the HRE with a Kingdom Rank
● Netherland can now have the Kingdom Rank in The HRE ( Request to the Emperor ) as a Monarchy or Republic
● Colonisation Tweak for reduce stupid blobing from AI
● Great Power statu rebalance
● The England and Scots Union
● Henry VIII Tudor Seek Power via Event
● Diseases More Stronger
● galley Rework
● City request 50 000 Peoples and Town 10 000
● Good Balances from New World like tobaco,spices and Cotton

In vanilla EUV, all civilizations can develop advanced systems too quickly, breaking immersion.
With this mod, Europe regains its natural head start, while distant regions develop more slowly until meaningful contact is established.

● Allows certain state/Country to become banking powers through a new reform, letting them grant loans and earn interest from other nations (you need to be a republic as first)

● Playable Aztec civilization added — start as the city of Tenochtitlan, with several strong military bonuses to support early expansion. The Aztec Empire is now formable with fewer provinces and much easier conditions.
● Playable Inca, start as the city of Qusqu and form the great Inca Empire with some food, road and Military bonus

● Muscovy and possible Russian Formation in 16cth
● Great Yuan Explosion Rework and possible Ming China Dinasty
