No Research Requirements
This mod removes all the initial research requirements so you can just start researching whatever you want on turn 1. The goal here is to increase player freedom and reduce waiting at the beginning a new campaign. Research what you want, when you want.
Ensure this mod is first in your load order (after any startpos mods, like mine).
This is a component in a lightweight overhaul I am working on to remove most of the annoyances of spinning up a new campaign in ToB.
