Midway ’88
After a fierce and ultimately victorious battle at Pearl Harbor, USS Missouri and USS Nimitz now lie in shallow waters, along with thousands of American sailors. Resupplying overnight from a pre-staged oiler, the exhausted and wounded Soviet fleet now limps home. In their way is the US-held island of Midway.

Right now, the ‘Coastal Defenses’ mod is not considered to be up-to-date. It runs just fine anyway, and other options for staging a coastal battery on Sand Island were far too deadly for the assets at the player’s disposal.
