JGTC 2000
Cars and drivers from the 2000 season of the All Japan Grand Touring Car championship. Based on the GT Class A vanilla class, with some changes in weight and turn rate to make it more accurate to the source material. There’s always room for improvement in that, so all kinds of feedback are more than welcome.
Some iconic liveries from the season like the Denso Supra and Mobil 1 NSX were omitted due to the 10 team limit, and the fact that some of these liveries (especially the white ones) looked too similar as 100-pixel sprites. The grid isn’t too authentic either, as some of these teams had only one car, and I took the artistic license of dividing both drivers into a team. Once Applimazing updates the game with a more flexible class and team creation, I’d love to revise this mod to allow for a more true-to-life grid.
