This mod reworks how rivers and lakes affect the “Distance from Capital” mechanic, offering an alternative and more detailed balance compared to the vanilla implementation.
What this mod does now
The mod fully recalculates the impact of waterways, clearly separating downstream and upstream movement, and properly integrating lakes into the overall logistics system:
Downstream river movement: value 32
Upstream river movement: value 27
Lake traversal: value 3
