This building represents the Ministerstwo Aktywów Państwowych building in the "Ministry District" of Warsaw, which deals with state assets, communications and the management of minerals.
Constructed in 1949-50 during the rebuilding of Warsaw, it stands on the corner of the intersection between Zurawia and Krucza.
Functions as a City Hall for almost 200 workers.
