10 years ago you were spying on your weird neighbor, heres how it went down.
NOTE: i recommend all people read this, i am really really sorry to the people i have hurt in Mr neighbor act 2, For context, back when i was making act 2 i had the bright idea to sneak in a 9/11 joke, i thought it was funny at the time but it really isnt now, Im really sorry i hope you all can forgive me.
