This is a mechanics expansion developed for the Shogunate.
It has just been transfered to vanilla, and the values are still based on the Shogunate system, with no balance adjustments (and translation need to be polished) yet.
A new Actions UI has been added.
Press F to open it, where you can see the stratagems currently being executed by your courtiers.
You can assign stratagem tasks to courtiers.
Courtiers will look for accomplices within your court, and their spouses are especially likely to assist them.
