The house is a typical representative of the Stalinist architecture of the early 30s: the house has strict asymmetrical shapes with elements of the future Stalinist Empire style, such as a rich cornice.
The architect of the building is Levinson E. A. Built in 1933. The original color is turquoise. The building is an object of cultural heritage of regional importance.
