Friendly Neighbors
This is a tiny flavour/balance tweak that makes a few historically close neighbours a bit less eager to murder each other on day one. It gives Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Portugal–Castile a permanent +50 mutual opinion, smoothing out early diplomacy in Scandinavia and Iberia.
Norway, Denmark and Sweden all start with +50 opinion towards each other (all six directions).
Portugal and Castile start with +50 opinion towards each other.
The modifier is fixed at +50 for the entire campaign – it doesn’t decay over time.
No other mechanics, events or balance changes are touched.
