Turns all normal fog into Floodwaters’ smoother FWFog!
Should be compatible with every single region that uses fog including modded ones.

WARNING FOR THOSE MAKING MODS: Do NOT save your region with this mod on if you want to keep the vanilla Fog effect. This WILL override it.
