Ásatrú Overhaul
Ásatrú Overhaul is a minor overhaul mod that changes some aspects of Norse / Germanic Paganism which I found historically questionable, like certain doctrines and the choice of holy sites.
Witchcraft doctrine changed to "Accepted" instead of "Criminal"
Witches and witchcraft (known as völvas and seiðr in Old Norse) held respected positions in society rather than being treated as criminals.
Faith group renamed to "Germanic" instead of "Norse"
Similar to how the game handles other pagan faith groups like "Slavic". (This is also the name used internally in the game already)
Also with the newest update now some custom graphics
Helgafell in Iceland – a mountain sacred to Thor with strong attestation in the sagas, replacing Kiev which, while an important power center, wasn’t really considered holy
Goodmanham replaces York proper – a documented temple site from Anglo-Saxon England

Compatibility: Should be compatible with most other mods. The mod supports English and German language at this point in time. As well as Russian and Chinese now, but I can’t guarantee accuracy for those 2 since I don’t speak the language.
