Rise of the Sekhtyr Dynasty
Introduction
Adds new Tigran units and a leader. The units are based around a more formal Tigran military. The main aim for this mod was to increase infantry capability in the late game, particularly against the powerful T4 units from other races, as well as providing an Egyptian-dynasty aesthetic for the Tigran race. All assets used in this mod are vanilla or created by myself. Best to use these units on at least ‘Lord’ difficulty, or you may find the game too easy.
Bug-Squashing
Most of the units have been playtested and balanced (still a work in progress). If you find any bugs or features that make them broken, please post a comment letting me know what needs to be fixed/what I need to go back and look at. I am aware that some unit graphics are bugged (fire effect, for example, may hang in midair and not follow a unit). I am currently working on solutions to known problems, but keep me updated if anything new arises.
List of Units
Tigran Tomb Guardians – Elite pikeman infantry unit that trades attacking power with defensive prowess. Has a zero cooldown Defensive Strike as a default, with no basic melee attack. Vulnerable to flanking.
Tigran Sekhtyr Archers – Elite archer unit that has formal military training in the use of blessed longbows. They have longer range than basic archers, and have extra punch to break through higher tier unit resistances. However, they’re very weak when attacked in melee and will die in almost a single hit.
Tigran Sekhtyr Infantry – Strong attacking unit that also has medium level defense. Excels at closing the gap and dealing large damage in a single hit. Vulnerable on the flanks, and also to repeated attacks.
Tigran Sekhtyr Risen Dead – Support unit designed to distract and debuff enemy. Extremely high physical and spirit defense, very low elemental defense (fire and frost). Average melee attack with the ability to cause fear, and throw curse after promotion.
Tigran Temple Sphinx – Stronger sphinx that has been blessed by the mystics. Shoots a Greater Sun Disc that deals extra damage, and has generally higher stats since it is T4. Quite hard to take down if not analysed correctly.

I am open to suggestions for new content (as long as it’s reasonable and fits within the scope/theme of the mod)
