Description:

Fixes bugs and AI behavior in the Red Turban Rebellion situation so that it doesn’t always end in a stalemate with tons of border gore.

The AI rebels are now actually able to handle the situation properly and virtually always beat AI Yuan. Ming usually ends up winning but sometimes other rebel countries are able to win.

Changes:
– Changes Red Turban Rebellion CB from Superiority war goal to Take Capital, as AI Yuan is incapable of raising an army and the Superiority warscore never ticks up.
– Fixes AI rebel countries declaring Regional Supremacy wars on minors/SOPs that aren’t part of the situation
– Fixes Koke Temur (Yuan loyalist country) losing the Warring States government reform and leaving the situation
– Makes AI more likely to take land in wars with Red Turban/Regional Supremacy CBs
– Makes Goryeo leave all wars it’s in with Yuan when it becomes independent by event
– The Unify China CB given to the winner of the scenario now lasts 20 years and AI is much more likely to use it
– Fix bug where if Yuan loses a civil war before the situation starts, they are removed from the situation a few months in, making it unable to finish.
– Yuan now loses all tributaries outside of Mongolia when it loses the situation and Tusi vassals are transfered to the winner
– Yuan moves its capital to Mongolia after losing the situation
– Changed threshold for rebels to win to own 75% of China
– Made Manchu and Tibetan vassals leave wars with Yuan when becoming independent by event
