Removes the National Heroes Brazilian Events

You need only 60 Fervor but needs to also research Realism now
To integrate the Nordestinos/Paulistas you can:
Complete their individual objective or have level 3 Public Schools
On completion Afro-Brazilian will turn into a primary culture
