[8P] 2 Turns Tech Speed Standard

Description:

Reforms for main factions (all but Yellow Turbans and 8 Princes) will take 2 turns to cooldown. Yellow Turbans and 8 Princes got their research point costs reduced to 2/5 of the vanilla cost. The first reform will still take 3 turns.

No change was made to research speed bonuses, or anything else for that matter. I don’t know if the AI will modify its behaviour in function of those new values.

Works for both player and AI.

Costs: 200/240/320/400
Turns @100% speed: 2/3/4/4

Compatibility

The only table that was modified was technology_nodes.

I don’t know if it will work for people who didn’t get the DLC. Please let me know in the comments.
