Scout Nerf
This is designed to reduce scout spam on the map and force players and the AI to make better crucial decisions on getting scouts by other means if needed and take care of your scouts better when moving and healing.
This mod nerfs scouts by slightly reducing their combat stats, increasing their gold cost and making them unable to be built in cities.
